So, I have been horrible at keeping up with my blog. I hope that will change soon, but in the meantime, I thought it would be fun to share some information with you.
Since January, I have mostly given up wheat and sugar products. I've been eating mostly ketogenic foods, although I haven't been counting macros yet, so I can't really say I have a ketogenic lifestyle. I really wanted to just start with getting used to eating that way.
I am now moving on to actually following a ketogenic and Intermittent Fasting lifestyle and thought I would share some of the books I have recently purchased that I am loving and are really helpful!
PS...I've lost 23 pounds!
